The Bollywood International Screenwriting Competition is your stepping stone to the world.  Are you writing for Bollywood, Hollywood, Nihon Eiga, U.K., China, South Korea, France, Germany, Spain, Australia or Mexico markets? Yes, you are all invited! All genres can compete, feature length and short scripts : Thriller, Western, Horror, Musical, Comedy, Action/Adventure, Romantic Comedy, Drama, Sci-fi and Fantasy …and in all languages. We work with forward-looking writers, producers, directors and actors who understand that joining the global economy is key to drive innovation and spur growth and it all begins with a script.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Submission

Submit your work for free to a panel of filmmakers, producers and writers.

2. Selection

Our panel makes a selection for the finalists.

3. Finalists

Panel selects 1st, 2nd. 3rd place winners and 10 special mentions.

4. The Festival

Finalists are invited to network and showcase their work.

5. Winners

Awards are presented to the winners.

    We accept and work with all genres, feature and short scripts – Thriller, Western, Horror, Comedy, Action/Adventure, Romantic Comedy, Drama, Sci-fi and Fantasy

    No.There is no fee for entry.

    Yes you can submit as many scripts as you want.

    We accept scripts in any language.

    In fact, submitting your script to our competition can provide you with proof of authorship for you and your script. We keep records of all scripts submitted, when and by whom.
